Dominick Gauthier is one of the most influential figures in today’s Canadian sports system. As an Olympian in freestyle skiing, Dominick went on to coach both Olympic champions Jennifer and Alexandre Bilodeau.
While profoundly grateful for the opportunity to help athletes reach their potential, Dominick also co-founded the organization B2Ten, which is a not-for-profit organization that aims to improve Canadian sports systems. With over $35 million raised in the private sector, B2Ten has designed, planned, and set up optimal multidisciplinary sports teams for nearly one hundred of Canada’s top athletes. Through B2Ten, Dominick has contributed to the preparation and successes of more than fifty Olympic medalists in eighteen different sports.
This is what makes him one of the most informed speakers on human performance and organizational excellence…
Generating excellence around him has been Dominick's way of life since the end of his sports career. In this conference, you will learn simple and effective ways to maximize everyone's potential and achieve excellence. Through strong and well-crafted anecdotes, he demonstrates how to apply his performance concepts in business and at home.
Through these kinds of questions, this conference will provide the audience with solutions to achieve excellence, individually and collectively.
A team is a group of individuals, and Dominick firmly believes that to maximize the performance of our teams, we must individualize our approach. Using Olympic examples, he demonstrates the team concepts he has developed to achieve exceptional results.
This is an interactive conference where he invites the audience to reflect deeply on their situation. The goal is to properly identify the members of one's team and clarify everyone's roles. This allows for the establishment of a foundation upon which high-performing, winning, and happy teams can perform to their best.
Amidst the swirling vortex of insecurity and the unknown, Dominick developed methods to assist individuals and organizations in not just coping with chaos but thriving within it.
This presentation showcases real-life examples of those who have transformed adversities into stepping stones for success. Dominick delves into the psychological dynamics of confronting chaos, providing practical tools for mental and emotional resilience. It serves as a call to action to embrace chaos, uncover the latent opportunities in every crisis, and emerge more robust, resilient, and future-ready.
