
André Lachance is a world-renowned speaker, master-facilitator, university professor and baseball coach. Over the years, he has delivered hundreds of conferences and facilitated multiple workshops in 20 countries on a wide range of topics relating to leadership, team management and group cohesion.
André built the first national women's baseball program, and was the head coach of the national team for 15 years, where he led his team second in the world rankings. In 2019, he became the head coach of the France team, which he led to the European Championship in his very first year. Change is an integral part of everyday life. The best organizations are those that can navigate through change in an agile and flexible manner. This presentation will focus on the five main ingredients that lead to sustainable and effective change. First, the concept of vision and culture will be discussed to get the process started. Then, we will explore the skills and resources needed to successfully complete the change process. The complementary competencies of the team members will then be discussed and we will end with a solid action plan that will lead to the implementation of new practices. This presentation will draw from a variety of experiences in several areas.
