Passionate about the future of work, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital transformation, Luc focuses on the impact of generative and agentic AI on organizations, leadership, management, and society. He teaches students, professionals, and executives across HEC Montréal’s undergraduate and MBA programs, the McGill-HEC Montréal Executive MBA, and HEC Montréal’s Executive Education programs.
As a professional AI speaker, Luc regularly delivers dynamic and engaging keynotes on the evolution of work, management in the digital age, and AI adoption in organizations. Over the past three years, he has delivered more than 100 talks at corporate events, conferences, and executive forums.
As an author on artificial intelligence, he recently published Artificial Intelligence: Understanding, Adapting, and Staying Relevant in a Fast-Changing World (2025), a book exploring the growing impact of AI on our personal and professional lives, as well as individual and organizational strategies for remaining relevant in a rapidly changing world.
Luc also works as an independent advisor to organizations seeking an external, neutral, and technology-agnostic perspective on their AI strategies. With 15 years of consulting experience, including as leader of Deloitte’s Future of Work and Digital DNA practices, he has advised hundreds of organizations across a wide range of industries, both in Canada and internationally.
